Ladies First is a transformative organization dedicated to the empowerment and enrichment of Black Girls. Our mission is to foster an engaging, supportive community where Black girls and young women from all cultural backgrounds can explore their identities, aspirations, and strengths. We are excited to present three unique partnership opportunities designed to support our community's growth and success.
The Black Girl Hair Project
Objective: To celebrate and educate on the diversity and beauty of Black hair through workshops, product donations, and mentorship programs.
Opportunity for Hair Brands:
Brand Visibility: Collaborate with Ladies First to co-host hair care workshops, product demonstrations, and Q&A sessions, offering high visibility among our engaged community.
Product Placement: Opportunity for product placement and recommendations during events, in our newsletters, and across social media platforms.
Community Impact: Play a vital role in fostering self-love and confidence among Black girls through the positive representation and care of their natural hair.

Black Femme Teacher Appreciation Month
Objective: To honor and recognize the invaluable contributions of Black femme educators in our community with events, awards, and classroom support.
Opportunity for Partners:
Sponsorship: Sponsor awards, gift packages, and appreciation events for Black femme teachers, showcasing your brand’s commitment to diversity and education.
Engagement: Participate in panel discussions, networking events, and mentorship opportunities, connecting directly with educators and the broader community.
Brand Alignment: Align your brand with a cause that supports educational equity and celebrates the achievements of Black femmes in education.

The Black Girl College Prep Bootcamp
Objective: To equip Black girl seniors with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary for college
success, including scholarship resources, essay writing workshops, and college application support.
Opportunity for Partners:
Scholarship Funding: Contribute by offering financial support for college-bound Black girls.
Workshop Hosting: Lead sessions on college readiness topics, financial literacy, and career planning, positioning your organization as a thought leader in education and community support.
Resource Contribution: Provide materials, services, or expertise to support the bootcamp’s mission, from essay writing guides to college application fee waivers.
